If you receive a damaged product or have repair needs, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately, or click the dialog box in the lower right corner to contact the customer service staff, and provide the following information to facilitate the customer service staff to check your order.
- Explain the reason
- Attach photos
- Provide order number
This will allow us to determine if your product is eligible for repair or reshipment.
※Please provide the "Shipping Number" and "Receipt" when sending out the damaged product for follow-up tracking. COFB is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages; please contact your carrier to file a claim.
Matters not accepted
- not the original purchaser.
- Man-made damage caused by accident wear and cleaning agents, etc., or any modification to its original state will not be accepted for repair.
- Normal wear and tear from use, usage and environment will age colors and materials over time.
Product Cleaning / Maintenance
If you need to clean your bag, wipe it with a soft damp cloth or sponge. Use only mild detergent and water when necessary. Then, hang to dry.
Do not wash or dry clean, use bleach, solvents or any other harsh chemicals or iron as this may cause permanent damage to your item.
